It is important to access the properties true condition before you invest or to maintain the value of the property.
Without proper care, these properties can lose value, fall out of compliance, or face extended holding times. This can cost you more money.

Services
Basic Exterior Front View
We do a complete set of photos of the front views of the property which include street signs , street views, address, frontal view, street view of both sides of property. The set will also include pics of any matters deemed to be a potential issue included with recommendations for a cure along with description of problem.
Note- these picture set is street view. Full exterior, including yard and rear inspection must include authorization to enter all property exterior areas.

Full Exterior
Note: must have written authorization to enter exterior of property.
This a full exterior photo inspection, where a close up view of the property can be documented. Pics of all exterior components are taken, including all exterior walls, yards, fences, utility units, and ground view inspection of roof (if visible).
All noticed irregularities are documented and photoed and included in report.
This a complete inspection and is focused on the condition of the property and irregularities that may have value, compliance or investment consequences.
Total Inspection
A total Inspection includes a complete photo record of the inside and outside of the property, including special highlights of any deficiencies. This photo set comes with a report pointing out areas of interest and recommendations for cure.
Must provide written authorization to enter the full access of the property for both interior and exterior inspection.
Custom Inspection
You can request any style of property inspection that fits your guidelines. We strive to provide complete inspections with any deficiencies noted so that any defects are not discovered effecting the value or typical use of the subject property.
Disaster Inspections
Mother nature and other forces can be cruel to properties. Severe weather can cause havoc on building structures, and property. Falling trees, fences, exterior shingles and leaks or floods inside the property.
During these times it is imperative to get eyes on the property, and access the damage. Our field reps will visit the sites, and fully catalog any damage with pics and a report.
Construction Loan Inspections
A thorough Inspections will feature photographs of exterior grounds, and exterior and interior of the construction at the site. Pictures of all electrical components, appliances and finished work of the ongoing progress. Also included are the building permits, notices, builder’s signage, and any supplementary paperwork.
Any points of interest will be highlighted for your attention.
